- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup rambutan, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add the sago pearls. Cook for about 10 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally.
- Once cooked, drain the sago and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the gelatin powder with 1/2 cup of boiling water until dissolved. Add sugar and stir until dissolved completely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rambutan, strawberries, and the gelatin mixture. Stir well to combine.
- In serving glasses, layer the cooked sago pearls at the bottom, followed by the fruit and gelatin mixture.
- Pour coconut milk over the top of each glass and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your Rambutan and Strawberry Jelly Sago.
