Ingredients:
- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100g desiccated coconut
- 50g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil

- Spatula
- Baking dish
- Parchment paper
- Refrigerator
Instructions:
- Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix the desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
- Press the coconut mixture into the bottom of the dish evenly.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the coconut layer, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for about 15 minutes until set.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve.
