Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup sponge cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions:
