Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 200g cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 50g spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Pan
  • Spatula
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the shredded chicken to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer the spinach leaves on one slice of bread, followed by the heated chicken.
  • Top with the other slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
  • Press down gently and cut the sandwich in half to serve.
